Our Events
To fulfill our mission of bringing joy to the lives of kids going through a tough time in their lives, we collaborate with other local nonprofits to host cooking and baking classes.
Our Approach
By having monthly events with other organizations, we can ensure that we can reach as many kids as possible.
The Singletons
This past May, we hosted a Mothers’ Day event in collaboration with The Singletons. Here, with the help of Chef Shane and 5 youth volunteers, we helped 30 kids make homemade chicken and waffles, avocado toast, pizzas, no-bake cheesecake, and decorate sugar cookies!
Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels
In October of 2025, we hosted a Halloween Event in collaboration with Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels. Here, we made Ghost cake-pops, Jack-O-Lantern grilled cheeses, tomato soup, and Spooky pudding cups. Without the help of the Amanda Hope staff and our 12 youth volunteers this event would not have been possible.
